• Applicants may be required to submit additional documents, such as a copy of their passport and medical insurance.

•  The short-term exchange program takes place during the summer break in July and August.
• The duration of the program will be specified in the program schedule provided to the selected participants.

• The program offers an immersive cultural experience, fostering language practice and intercultural exchanges.

• Students will have the opportunity to engage with both Chinese and English speakers, promoting language learning and communication skills.

• Activities, workshops, and classes will be designed to facilitate language practice and cultural understanding.

Carroll Prep offers flexibility in the accommodation options for exchange students and their families during their stay.

                      – Carroll Prep works with a reputable agency to secure suitable accommodation for exchange students and their Self-Arranged Accommodation families.

                       – Students and their families have the freedom to find their own accommodation if they prefer.

                      – Carroll Prep can provide assistance and recommendations regarding local housing options in the area.

• Exchange students are expected to adhere to the school’s code of conduct and behave responsibly.

• Respect for cultural differences, fellow students, staff members, and host families is essential throughout the program.

• It is mandatory for exchange students to have valid medical insurance covering their stay in Thailand.

A program fee will be charged to cover lunch, snack and program activities.
