Try Being a Teaching Assistant for a Day
Through our “Parent TA for a Day” program, we invite you to join our classrooms—not your child’s class, but a different level—to gain a broader and more authentic perspective.
You don’t need to be a teacher or have experience working with children. We will provide a short orientation to help you understand your role, limitations, and responsibilities. Tasks will be assigned based on your comfort and skills, such as helping with materials, joining activities, or supporting small groups during play.
Why Not Join Your Child’s Class?
We intentionally place you in a different classroom to help you see the full picture. You’ll observe how children at various ages learn, grow, and interact. It’s a chance to reflect on whether the school’s learning environment and values align with what your family hopes to see.
A Living Example of Community Participation
Your presence also becomes a powerful model for your child. It shows them that parents are active participants in their community, not just observers. This experience helps strengthen their sense of belonging—one of the core values we aim to nurture.
