We are currently arranging a nearby hotel room or meeting room for our teachers and children to stay and be cared for during the event.

เบื้องต้นสามารถจัดงานได้ในวันที่ 21 ธันวาคม เราได้ติดต่อศิลปินทั้งหมดแล้ว ศิลปินยืนยันว่าสามารถทำการแสดงในวันดังกล่าวได้เช่นกัน
พื้นที่ใหม่รองรับจำนวนคนได้ประมาณ 250 ท่าน และมียอดค่าใช้จ่ายขั้นต่ำ แคร์โรลล์ เพรพ กำลังวางแผนปรับโครงสร้างค่าบัตรทั้งหมด หลังจากได้ข้อมูลเพิ่มเติมครบแล้ว จะมีการสรุปและแจ้งให้ทราบอีกครั้ง

We have contacted Soho House Bangkok, located on Sukhumvit 31, regarding hosting an acoustic music performance by Paradox and Pae MVL (from the band Mild).
The event can tentatively take place on December 21, and all artists have confirmed their availability for that date.
The new venue can accommodate approximately 250 guests and has a minimum spending requirement. Carroll Prep is currently restructuring the ticket pricing, and once all necessary details are finalized, a full summary and update will be provided.

Carroll Prep ขอแจ้งความคืบหน้าของงาน Fundraising Gala ซึ่งมีการแสดงพิเศษจากศิลปิน Paradox และ Pae MVL
เนื่องจากการสูญเสียของสมเด็จพระพันปีหลวงที่ผ่านมา ทำให้กิจกรรมหลายรายการของโรงเรียน เช่น งาน Halloween, ลอยกระทง และงาน Gala นี้ จำเป็นต้องเลื่อนหรือปรับเปลี่ยนรูปแบบอย่างกระทันหัน ด้วยความเคารพต่อช่วงเวลาแห่งการไว้อาลัยของชาติ
เดิมที งาน Gala มีกำหนดจัดในต้นเดือนพฤศจิกายน แต่ขณะนี้ได้เลื่อนไปเป็นวันที่ 9 ธันวาคม 2565 ซึ่งเป็นวันที่ศิลปินทุกท่านว่างตรงกัน และตรงกับช่วงวันหยุดยาว (10 ธันวาคมเป็นวันหยุดราชการ) ซึ่งน่าจะอำนวยความสะดวกให้แก่ผู้เข้าร่วมงานมากยิ่งขึ้น
อย่างไรก็ตาม โรงเรียนกำลังเผชิญความท้าทายในการหาสถานที่จัดงานใหม่ หลังจากที่ Bon Marche Market Park ไม่สามารถจัดงานนี้ได้อีกต่อไป ด้วยข้อจำกัดด้านความเหมาะสมของรูปแบบงาน

We would like to share an update regarding our upcoming Fundraising Gala Event featuring special performances by Paradox and Pae MVL.
Due to the recent passing of Her Majesty the Queen Mother, several of our school’s planned events—including Halloween, Loy Krathong, and this Gala—have been interrupted or modified out of respect for the national mourning period.
Originally scheduled for early November, the Gala has now been rescheduled to December 9th, the nearest date when all participating artists are available. This new date also coincides with a long weekend (December 10th is a public holiday), making it more convenient for attendees.
However, we are currently facing challenges in securing a suitable venue. Our original location, Bon Marche Market Park, is no longer an option as the event format—while celebratory and community-focused—is considered not appropriate for the space during this period.
We have reached out to a wide range of venues including schools and universities. Unfortunately, many non-commercial spaces have opted not to host festive gatherings at this time. Commercial venues such as Union Mall and Impact Muang Thong Thani, while available, present venue rental costs of up to 600,000 THB, which exceed our current fundraising capacity.
We are continuing our efforts to find a thoughtful, accessible, and budget-conscious venue that respects the context of the times while still allowing us to create a memorable and meaningful event.
We will provide another update by November 12th, and appreciate your ongoing support and understanding as we navigate these unexpected circumstances.
