Fees and costs include an application, an admission, a deposit and tuition fees. The payment process differs depending on the student’s situation. If the student is currently enrolled at Carroll Prep, the payment process in their case is different than that of a new arrival.

The tuition fee covers snacks, meals, milk, and accident insurance for students. Terms and conditions are subject to the accident insurance scheme. Please be aware that personal possessions are not covered by the school insurance.
An annual IT Fee applies to all students and supports the school’s digital learning environment, including learning management systems, educational software, online assessment platforms, digital resources, and technology infrastructure.
In recognition of the importance of family continuity (with no other reduction grants), sibling discounts are applicable when two or more children from the same family are enrolled at Carroll Prep simultaneously. The second and third children receive a 5% discount on the tuition fee only.
Students moving up into primary school will receive a continuing-enrollment tuition discount based on the number of years they have studied at Carroll Prep, as follows:

All fees and charges are billed and payable in Thai Baht.
Late Payment Notice:
A late payment fee of 1.5% per month will be applied to payments made after the due date on the invoice. As we do not receive grantor subsidies from any organizations, we kindly request the prompt settlement of school fees.
